Privacy Policy

Wondermill (“we”, “us”) provides streaming spiritual and ambient content at wondermill.tv and through our mobile apps (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what the Service needs to work, we don’t sell your personal information, and you can delete your account — and everything tied to it — at any time.

What we collect

• Account information. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Google or Apple — the name and profile photo those providers share.
• Activity on the Service. Videos you like, save, and watch, including playback position so you can resume where you left off, and comments you post.
• Usage and device data. Standard analytics events (pages viewed, videos played, approximate location from IP, browser/device type) collected through PostHog to understand how the Service is used and improve it.
• Advertising measurement. On the website we use the Meta pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You can limit ad tracking through your browser and device settings.
• Subscription status. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, we receive your subscription status from Apple. We never see or store your payment card details — Apple handles the transaction entirely.

How we use it

• To operate the Service: accounts, playback, saved videos, resume positions.
• To send sign-in emails (magic links and one-time codes).
• To understand usage and improve content and features.
• To measure advertising and grow the Service.
• To provide support and enforce our Terms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the Service on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Bunny.net (video delivery), PostHog (analytics), Resend (sign-in email), Meta (advertising measurement, web only), and Apple (App Store subscriptions). Each receives only what its role requires. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time — in the iOS app under Settings → Delete account, or by emailing us — which permanently removes your account, profile, likes, saved videos, watch history, and comments. Analytics events are retained per PostHog’s standard retention and deleted on request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Email us and we’ll honor these requests for everyone, regardless of jurisdiction.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sign-in tokens and codes are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least privilege and minimal data.

Changes

We’ll update this policy as the Service evolves and change the date above when we do. Material changes will be announced in the Service.
